Recently the Sarasota Herald Tribune did an article about my condominium remodel on Siesta Key. It was titled “Get Smart” and was mostly about the smart home integration we included in the project. However they forgot to mention Prime Audio Video as the integrator, who made the magic happen. Without Prime, I feel safe to say, the article never would have happened. In 2018, the original Vernal’s were finally retired and replaced by a half-dozen brand new Vernal’s which were installed by sound technicians from Prime AV.

As part of a $1.5 million renovation to a vacation home in University Park, Florida, the homeowner wanted a serious “wow factor” that could only be delivered by incorporating the very latest in technology. To provide it, Sarasota-based integrator Prime Audio Video spent 10 months designing, installing, and programming a system that would provide the desired effect. With frequent guests, simple control over the home’s variety of electronic systems was of primary concern. To provide it, Prime Audio Video turned to RTI.
