Project Description

A 26 unit townhouse development on the island in Venice, Florida.  The developer hired Prime Audio Video to do a basic prewire of all units. It was then up to the individual clients to decide how much technology they wanted in their lives.  As a result, there are twenty six uniquely designed units to fit the lifestyle of each homeowner. It was the perfect blend of the developers foresight and the clients’ needs, working with the Prime design team to create a truly unique community.
