Project Description

This is the quintessential Florida entertaining home. The lines between indoor and outdoor living have been completely obliterated. The entire home inside and out is controlled by an RTI home automation system. There is even a projector and projector screen that drop down from inside the ceiling. The homeowners can open and close the garage doors, control lighting, and a whole house audio/video system, and monitor the home from anyplace on earth from the surveillance system. Also, there is a Nest thermostat to control the temperature of the residence from anywhere in the world.
