Recently, our Chief Engineer was visiting a commercial client’s location to perform a scheduled maintenance on their surveillance system. While our Chief Engineer was on site, a detective approached one of the managers and informed her that he needed to review the surveillance footage for a particular time frame. The manager asked our Chief Engineer to help with the surveillance review. Within a few minutes of surveillance review, the detective stated that he had never seen surveillance footage this clear and that the video quality could actually be used during prosecution, He said that most of the time, the footage is thrown out of court due to poor quality During the surveillance review, the detective was able to find what he was looking for and we were glad to help.
